Yes, it is necessary. Our company considers any incident an “accident,” regardless of the size of the scratches or dents or whether another vehicle was involved.
In all cases, please follow the prescribed procedures outlined above.
(If you do not complete the necessary procedures, insurance or compensation will not apply, and you will be responsible for the costs.)
Please also note that, as compensation for lost business during the repair period, we will charge the following amount regardless of the extent of the damage or the duration of the repairs.
