In the event of an accident, follow these three procedures immediately. This includes the important steps required to apply for insurance and compensation, so be sure to complete all three.

(1) Rescue of the wounded

First, assistance for the injured. Then quickly move the rental car to a location where it will not impede other traffic.

(2) Reporting and notifying the police

Both the perpetrator and the victim must report the accident to the police. An accident certificate will be required later, so please go through the necessary procedures.

Yes, it’s necessary. At our company, scratches or dents are considered “accidents” regardless of their size or the presence of other parties.

Even if you are unsure, please follow the prescribed procedure above.

(If the necessary procedures are not carried out, insurance and compensation cannot be applied for and the liability will be borne by the client).

In addition, please note that as part of our business compensation during repairs, we will charge the following fees, regardless of the extent of damage or the length of time it takes to repair.
Non-Operating Charge (NOC) ¥50,000
(regardless of whether the car is drivable or not).

If the breakdown is due to a maintenance issue on our part, we will provide you with another rental car.

We will provide a full tank of gasoline for the car, so please return it with a full tank.
